How to raise a complaint about a PlusX engagement or communication.
- Email the complaints contact through the consultation form with subject “Complaint”.
- Include the engagement reference, date and a clear description of the concern.
- PlusX will acknowledge receipt and indicate the review pathway.
- Where appropriate, a written response will explain findings and any corrective action.
This procedure does not replace legal rights or regulator pathways that may apply in a given jurisdiction.
